When should I contact you about moving?

For standard moves, we recommend contacting us between four and six weeks beforehand to ensure our availability. Commercial, national, and international moves require more time for advance notice. The number of services requested and their complexity can also impact the move timeline. In general, please let us know about your move as soon as possible so we can begin preparing.

Do you provide free estimates?

Yes. We will provide you with an accurate written estimate for your residential or commercial move. During the estimate process, we will come to your property and perform a visual assessment of your items to give you an honest quote. Ultimately, your move’s cost will be determined by the number of items moved and their weight. We offer free quotes for local, national, and international moving and include packing services at your request.

When is the best time to move?

The busy times for moving can vary, but there are a few times throughout the year when we are consistently busy. Summer is usually the busiest season because people tend to have more free time. People generally prefer warmer weather for moving, and we often get service requests during fair weather periods. Weekends and holiday breaks are popular moving times as well. We recommend contacting us to learn about our availability when you decide to move.

Can I change my moving plan?

If you need to alter your moving date, please reach out to your moving coordinator as soon as possible. Our team can help you manage the required changes to your move plan and adjust our services. We will update you if there are any cost updates or differences due to your changes. If you can, please notify us of changes and tell us what you need or want sooner than later. We would be happy to discuss and accommodate you.

Do you have a storage facility?

Yes! And we also offer a wide variety of storage options to fit your needs. We have a 25,000 sq. ft. warehouse containing traditional storage units right here in the area, and roughly 56 million square feet of storage space worldwide. Our offerings include Go Mini’s mobile storage containers and Mayflower’s heavy-duty steel storage for ultimate protection. We can accommodate short- and long-term storage and customize our services to meet your needs.

What is your service range?

Our main office and warehouse are in Pocasset, MA, in the Cape Cod area, but we own storage spaces and offer our services worldwide. We provide customers with residential and commercial moves and can relocate them locally, nationally, or globally. Our international moving capabilities distinguish us from other moving companies in the area.
